Happy Tuesday!

Valentine’s Day is next week already and here is my personal outfit inspiration for you. I love this dress, sophisticated and cute with the pink bow in the back, I am obsessed.

This year Valentine’s day will be a travel day for me, I am flying to Tampa, Florida to judge the Florida Superstars Dancesport Championships. Valentine’s weekend will be spent with friends, lots of great dancing and celebrating LOVE, how much better can it get? I would say – not much.

What are your plans for Valentine’s?

Thank you for visiting me here – it means a lot,

Love My Scrub

Happy Monday!

We had the best weather here this weekend and I spent time with my horse outside, did new outfit shots and took the doggies on a little road trip.

The air is dry in California and my skin gets irritated easily and needs exfoliated frequently to keep it soft and glowing.

I got this new scrub that I would like to share with you. I use it especially in the morning – it is made from Coffee beans and it smells so good, like freshly brewed Espresso.

Originally this scrub is for the body but I used it on my face as well – I just use a small amount, the particles are quite effective exfoliants. For the excess coffee particles you can simply use a bathtub drain protector.

I love the fact that this is a hand made, natural and organic product with no harsh chemicals. And it leaves my skin soft and with no greasy or oily residue afterwards. I just use regular moisturizer and I am ready to go.

Thanks to Love my Scrub, for sponsoring this post.

Happy Weekend!

The weather is AMAZING! Time to get out and about and active! Here is some Workout Inspiration for you, if you are like me and find it hard to get started.

  1. Give yourself a Reward afterwards. That might work for me actually. Except that that reward I would pick could easily be desert…. oops
  2. Sign a Commitment contract and fine yourself $20 each time you miss. Well, I don’t think that would turn out well in my case. I would forgive myself too easy for skipping and save all the twenties and use them reward myself after a few days….lol… bad idea for me.
  3. Positive Thinking. I love that idea, if I visualize my goals, how I will feel like or look like afterwards, I would actually get motivated. It works kind of like a reward in a way. And I always believe in positive thinking.
  4. Find your Fitness Tribe. This could work… – but I can be quite an individualist so probably the best way would be a coach or a class.
  5. Get a new outfit. Works like clockwork for me but is really short lived since as soon as I have worn it a few times I will need another one… but then – that’s ok too – lol
  6. Dance. It’s the best workout anyway and it is so much more fun!

What would work best for you? Let’s have some fun, Life is too serious…

Thank you so much for visiting me here,
