How is your week going so far? I hope well but just in case I will send you some extra motivation with how to pick up some positive energy and keep going strong:
- Accept where you are at the moment. Notice how you feel and do not judge yourself.
- Make goals – start with small ones, word them positive and make them only about yourself and what you can control
- Practice Meditation
- Practice Gratitude, make an effort to notice all the little positive things happening around you.
- Dress in something that makes you feel good about yourself.
- Get some exercise
- Don’t sweat the small stuff
