In the Mood for Fall

I am home in LA for a few days and I am getting to enjoy a little bit of our beautiful fall here in California. Pumpkin Patches, softer light, yellow leaves, Halloween decorations and crisp evenings. I absolutely love the feeling and I am looking forward to the upcoming Holiday season.

Life has been amazing, but also very busy. But great busy. I love what I get to do every day and I am very grateful for everything. Since my last post I have been in Hawaii, Connecticut, New York and Chicago… and I am getting ready for Florida next week.

At home I am wearing some of my favorite fall outfits. This dress is on my must have list. It is so easy to wear and cozy. You can dress it up or keep it casual and it is available in my store.

Happy Monday!

It is a new week and it is a new chance in life to make it a great one. My week is packed with productivity plus a trip to Texas tomorrow.

Here are a few things I do to feel ready for the week:

  1. I get up early to have time for myself before I head out of the door. I have a good breakfast, check my emails, write down my to do-lists.
  2. I Prioritize my to do list. Some things will have to wait.
  3. I take care of my body, I love to do yoga, even if it is just a short sequence. I connect with my mind and body.
  4. I try to take one day at the time. I keep my goals in mind and try to focus on what I can do today.
  5. I always remember to be grateful for how far I come while setting new goals.
