A Sneak Peek to Spring 2018

I hope you are all having a great week, mine has turned out to be intense, but I still wanted to share this post with you. I am taking you out of the Fall Season and upcoming Holiday Season far into into Spring 2018 ….

Fashion weeks have just finished and here are my favorite designer picks for you. I love to see the feminine and flowing skirts with ruffles in blush colors at Chanel, sharp cut dresses and suits in colors at Versace. Oscar De La Renta reminded me of Ballroom Dresses – I wonder who I will see first on the floor in those styles 😉

Christian Dior has a mix of clean cut very modest Blazers and Blouses mixed with edgy skirts and shoes, Elie Saab is always one of my favorites because he creates so much classical beautiful dresses and outfits which I absolutely love and Valentino shows beautiful floral patterns and flowing styles and materials as well as big dramatic ruffles – something that in my eyes always makes a statement.

If you are a fashionista like me you can find all the runway looks at VOGUE, have fun browsing and choosing your own personal favorites 🙂

Have a wonderful Thursday,

New York Fashion Week

Pencil skirt: Babette Brown (similar here and here); Blouse: Banana Republic – similar styles here and here; Jacket: Zara – similar here and here; Belt: J.C. Crew – similar here; Shoes: Valentino – similar here and here; Handbag: Michael Kors – similar here and here;

It has been an amazing week and so busy that I only manage to do my first post about New York today. I had the amazing opportunity to attend New York Fashion Week and to be backstage for the prep with the Sebastian Professionals. It was very inspiring and I am already looking forward to Summer 2018 – I already have a wishlist for next year.

Since it is already coming up for fall and the weather was a little cooler than in LA, I chose to wear one of my new fall looks. Velvet is definitely one of my obsessions, I decided to wear an emerald green pencil skirt out of my own collection with a navy blue silk blouse, a black leather jacket with ruffle trims and a pair of black Valentino shoes. I tied it together with light pink nail polish and my beloved pink Micheal Kors bag – I love this bag and I keep wearing it a lot – but it is getting older so I guess I am in the market for a new handbag soon…

I hope your week was as amazing as well, except for my friends in Florida who dealt with Hurricane Irma. I kept everyone in my prayers.

Thanks for stopping by, I will post much more about NYFW soon.
