I hope you had a fabulous weekend!

I had a day to myself today and I enjoyed it very much and also needed it after all the traveling and excitement of the last couple of weeks. I took some time to go out into the beautiful California nature, I can’t get enough of the amazing view of the Malibu Mountains.

On a day off like today I try to unplug from all the hustle and bustle and worries of daily life and I am looking for peace. I am looking to check in with myself, my emotional wellbeing and my sense of acceptance and gratefulness.

I reflect about my goals, reframe negative thoughts into positive ones, focus on what I am grateful for and work on acceptance so I don’t worry about things I have actually no control over.

I hope you are having a great start into the new week – I am sending  some love and peace your way, keep me posted how it goes!

Happy Friday!

The first week of the New Year went by in a daze, I can’t believe the weekend is coming already!

My new page Shopbabettebrown went live, thank you to everybody for the nice comments and encouragement, it was a lot of work to get that far and I feel happy about getting started and being able to share my own fashion line and my little boutique section with you.

There was lots to do in the dance studio – new events, classes, workshops – I feel ready to take on 2018!

I am super excited to tell you about the launch of my own online store ShopBabetteBrown.

I had the idea in my head for quite some time and I worked countless hours to get everything up and running to the point where I can actually launch the page.

You will find 3 lines of fashion in my store:

  1. Babette Brown Couture: Here you will find my exclusive, unique, handmade custom gowns and pieces. They are truly one of a kind.
  2. Babette Brown Collection: Here you can find my own designs. They are exclusively designed and developed by me and my manufacturers.
  3. Ready To Wear Store: Here you can find items for every day, these pieces are hand picked by me but they are not custom designed by me.

You can shop exclusive designs or fun and easy fashion for your daily life, it is all there. My style is classical and feminine but you can easily put your own twist on it and make it yours.

I hope you have a great time shopping, I am happy I got started and I am looking forward to growing and learning in this new venture.
