I hope you had a fabulous weekend!

I had a day to myself today and I enjoyed it very much and also needed it after all the traveling and excitement of the last couple of weeks. I took some time to go out into the beautiful California nature, I can’t get enough of the amazing view of the Malibu Mountains.

On a day off like today I try to unplug from all the hustle and bustle and worries of daily life and I am looking for peace. I am looking to check in with myself, my emotional wellbeing and my sense of acceptance and gratefulness.

I reflect about my goals, reframe negative thoughts into positive ones, focus on what I am grateful for and work on acceptance so I don’t worry about things I have actually no control over.

I hope you are having a great start into the new week – I am sending  some love and peace your way, keep me posted how it goes!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

I have so much to be thankful for and today I enjoyed the day to the fullest. I went to see my horse and we were going for a little ride together. It is unusually warm for November, temperatures were pushing the 90ies! and it was sunny and gorgeous.

I already set the Thanksgiving table before I left and when I came home I started cooking. We had Holiday movies playing, we were eating great food and it was a wonderful relaxing day including the obligatory “Food Coma” – lol.

Black Friday is starting and there are some fantastic deals out there, I wanted to share my picks with you, these are absolute steals! I hope you like them too.

Happy Friday!

Weekend is starting and I wanted to share my latest fall cravings with you! I do love this time of the year, it gets darker a little bit earlier, the evenings are getting cooler – not that I am a fan of cold weather – no by all means not! But it is a very special cozy atmosphere and I love that special time of the year.
