Weekend is starting and I wanted to share my latest fall cravings with you! I do love this time of the year, it gets darker a little bit earlier, the evenings are getting cooler – not that I am a fan of cold weather – no by all means not! But it is a very special cozy atmosphere and I love that special time of the year.

It has been very warm in LA for the last weeks, it does not feel like summer is thinking about coming to an end soon at all. We shot these pictures earlier today in the beautiful and wild California countryside, the credits go to my super creative husband Dima. I love what we created and I couldn’t wait to show you the results. I got the adorable lemon off the shoulder top from Zaful and I chose white tassel earrings and small round sunglasses to accessorize the look.

Fall is around the corner and I already have my first obsession for the new season…. Velvet… especially Navy Blue Velvet! I love how rich and smooth it looks – this season is all about it, even Shoes and Handbags are coming in all shades of Velvet.
Interesting enough that Velvet was one of my inspirations for my own dress designs earlier this year – I brought out a dark Green Velvet gown for Emerald Ball in May and a Red Velvet gown with an open back for Millennium Dance Championships in June. I guess my gut feeling was right …. Velvet it is!
