Easy Professional Teeth Whitening At Home

I consider myself lucky because I never had any major issues with my teeth. No braces, no invisalign, nothing major – so I never had to put much effort into them other than the regular flossing and cleaning.

The only thing I meant to do previously was to whiten my teeth. I tried everything, from Baking soda to White strips, nothing ever gave me a good or long lasting result.

So when I got approached by Smile Brilliant to review their product I was very interested to see if this would make a difference for me.

Basically you get the exact whitening system you would get at the dentist office but you can do everything from home which is so much less hassle and much more comfortable and it saves you a lot of time.

Once I got the kit sent home, my biggest worry was to get the impressions right, but then it was much easier than I thought.

I sent them back in the envelope that came with it and about a week later I had my personal fitted whitening trays and was ready to start with the process. It says that you should whiten daily and you can leave the trays on between 45 minutes to 3 hours.

It also stated that you can develop tooth sensitivity during any kind of whitening process and that this is normal and will calm down after a short while.

Lucky me – I never got any of it – only my gums were getting a little bit irritated initially. I proceeded to whiten my teeth every second day and only left the trays in for 45 minutes to make sure my gums were ok. I also used less whitening gel to make sure it only stays on my teeth and does not spill onto my gums.

I saw a difference right away at the first treatment. Over the years my teeth had to put up with my coffee habit, so I had to deal with stains that built up for a long time.

Having custom trays made a huge difference for me. I can really go about my daily life while wearing them, you can do pretty much anything while wearing them. The best time to whiten though is before bed time because you will not eat anything for the next 8 hours that could possible stain your teeth.

If you have any questions about the process, I would be more than happy to answer them. Here is an article that has 7 things you should know before buying a Smile Brighter kit or you can watch the following Smile Brilliant teeth whitening review.

How Much Is Teeth Whitening

A beautiful smile

there is no doubt – a beautiful, bright smile is something very attractive. But some of our daily habits are not helping with those pearly whites.

If you are like me, I need my coffee every morning, or if you like to enjoy a glass of red wine, it stains your teeth over time.

But you do not need to spend oodles of money for tooth whitening treatments and kits that might not even work, you can mix your own whitening toothpaste with ingredients you most likely have at home.

TAO Clean, LLC

Here is my home remedy for you to keep that beaming smile going:

  1. Put a little bit of toothpaste into a small cup
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Peroxide
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of water

Mix those ingredients well together and then brush your teeth for 2 minutes. You can repeat it weekly until your teeth get the desired shade and then switch over to only using it every second week or once a month to maintain it.

And of course, good daily oral hygiene is a must. Brush your teeth at least twice a day with a good toothbrush. Here you can get 50% OFF The World’s Cleanest Toothbrush – let’s give those germs no chance.

Keep smiling –  xoxo BB
